Grant preparation phase

Implemented as usual, though with more flexibility re deadlines and the digital or paper signing of grant documents. Project start date may be postponed on request (amendment necessary if grant agreement already signed). 
EU Commission has entirely digitized the grant preparation of all of its programmes on its SYGMA Portal already, which simplifies the process during general home office confinement. 
Partnership and Consortium agreements in EU and BmBF projects will be handled and checked jointly by me and Max Planck Legal in Munich (all in home office) for MPI in TÜ and FR, as usual.
