Eligibility Check

The European Commission checks the formal eligibility of the incoming proposals before forwarding these to the evaluators. In particular, the EU checks if the proposal 

• is complete (requested administrative forms and proposal description, additional documents - if needed),
• involves the minimum number of participants specified in the call text,
• corresponds to the call topics and funding instruments (“out of scope”- proposals will be rejected).
