Nanoelectronics Technologies 2020 (ENIAC)

With ENIAC, a Nanoelectronics JTI was created in order to enhance the further integration and miniaturisation of devices and increasing their functionalities. It aims at keeping Europe abreast of the shrinking size in most widely-used technologies and at addressing next generation technologies.
