Research Infrastructures

The Research Infrastructures sub programme supports the coordination, the pooling and the wider usage of the best research infrastructures existing in Europe. Funding is available for

  • integrating activities that provide a wider and more efficient access to and use of the research infrastructures existing throughout Europe,
  • formation of ICT-based infrastructures to enhance the emergence of a new ‘virtual research community’,
  • the creation of new research infrastructures of pan-European interest in all fields of science and technology.
